Welcome to the Re:fun Growth Refund Policy. The terms we, us and our refer to REFUN FZE LLC, trading as Re:fun Growth. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations and disputes are handled for purchases made through our store and website.
All products sold by Re:fun Growth are digital PDF guides with lifetime access and are delivered instantly after payment. Because of the nature of digital products, refunds are handled differently from physical goods.
By purchasing from Re:fun Growth, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, you should not complete a purchase.
SECTION 1 , DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE
All products offered by Re:fun Growth are digital downloadable PDF guides.
There are no physical items shipped.
Delivery is completed instantly through:
• download link on checkout
• email containing the PDF
• lifetime access to the guide
Once access is provided, the product is considered fully delivered and used.
SECTION 2 , NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
After payment is successfully processed and access is granted:
• refunds are not possible
• cancellations are not possible
• returns cannot be accepted
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree that you are receiving immediate digital access and that you waive any right to refund after delivery.
SECTION 3 , EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may only be considered in the following limited situations:

You were charged twice for the same order

The digital file was not delivered due to a proven technical error on our system

The PDF file is confirmed to be corrupted and cannot be opened on standard devices
In such cases, you must contact refunllc@proton.me with:
• order number
• proof of issue
• email used for purchase
We may provide a replacement file instead of a refund.
SECTION 4 , USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for:
• providing a correct email address
• downloading and saving the file
• ensuring your device can open PDF files
• maintaining your own backup
We are not responsible for:
• loss of files on your device
• inability to open due to your software
• emails entered incorrectly
• change of mind after access
SECTION 5 , DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after digital access is granted.
If a chargeback is opened after delivery:
• your access may be permanently revoked
• legal action may be taken
• recovery costs may be pursued
We reserve the right to provide payment processors with proof of digital delivery.

SECTION 7 , CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
SECTION 8 , GOVERNING LAW
This Refund Policy shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the jurisdiction where REFUN FZE LLC is registered.
