All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any digital product at any time.

SECTION 3 , ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a digital product with instant delivery and lifetime access. Re:fun Growth reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion.
Your order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed. Once payment is confirmed, delivery is considered completed immediately through download access and email delivery.
Because products are digital, cancellation after access is not possible. Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy [LINK], which states that refunds are not available after digital access is granted.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for resale, sharing, redistribution or commercial exploitation.
SECTION 4 , PRICES AND BILLING
Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.

All products are digital only. There is no physical shipping.
Delivery occurs instantly after successful payment through:

• email containing the PDF guide
• lifetime access to the purchased file
If you do not receive access within 10 minutes, you must contact refunllc@proton.me.
Once digital access is provided, delivery is considered completed.
SECTION 6 , INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All digital guides, text, layout, branding, images and materials are owned by REFUN FZE LLC.
You must not:
• reproduce or copy the guides
• share with others
• resell or redistribute
• upload publicly
• claim ownership
• modify and sell as your own
Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Re:fun Growth.

You may be provided with access to third party tools as part of the Services. We provide access to such tools as is and as available without warranties or endorsement. Use of any optional tools is at your own risk.

Re:fun Growth is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with REFUN FZE LLC, trading as Re:fun Growth. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Re:fun Growth.

All personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by Shopify and third parties to deliver the Services.
